Summer Menu Showcase

We are super excited to be launching our summer menu with an exclusive first-taste event on Thursday 4th June from 7pm.
For the first time, myself, Paul Askew and Head Chef David Alonso will be hosting the menu showcase event, taking you on a 5-course culinary journey through the flavours of the summer, with each course paired with the perfect partner wine.

ON ARRIVAL
Homemade focaccia with Ibérico crema
AMUSE
Gin cured sea trout, summer root salad, pickled apples, roasted garlic and lemon dressing
STARTER
Grilled octopus, romesco sauce, parsley purée and almond crumble
MAIN
Herb crusted rack of lamb, sautéed parsley root, garden pea purée, minted lamb jus
DESSERTS
Trio of desserts, dark chocolate brownie, portokalopita and lime panna cotta
