Barnacle is a one of the region’s most talked about destinations to experience the real taste of Liverpool and savour its storied maritime splendour. Always working seasonally and sustainably and with provenance at its heart, the intimate restaurant proudly partners with local independent suppliers whose wonderful produce helps inform each menu.



Our home kitchen inside one of the original Food & Drink Market's of Liverpool. Barnacle resides up on the mezzanine level of the award winning venue as Kitchen #7, available for ordering across the whole venue via the app or kiosk. Walk-ins only, with bookings available by email for large groups, managed by the DSM service team.


A secondary kitchen that we can take on the move! We'll be hitting some of the biggest events and festivals around the region, starting small in mid 2024. Barnacle's lunch time & early evening menu, available to order individual dishes, for reservations & walk-ins before 18:15pm.


The main menu, served Wednesday-Saturday. Includes amuse bouche & bread, then a choice of Starter, Main, and Dessert.

Sunday Lunch

A Sunday version of the Excellence with added roast dinner. Available for reservations 12-4pm*.
